Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time within Germany is usually 2–4 business days. Every order is carefully packaged so that your products arrive safely and energetically clear.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €3.90 within Germany.

Shipping is free for orders over €50.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship with DHL. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Do you also ship internationally?

We ship within the EU, with a flat shipping rate of €19.90.

Can I change my order after it has been placed?

Yes, you can return unused items within 14 days.

How do returns work?

Write to us briefly via the contact form or by email. We will explain the process and send you a return label if desired.

Which items are excluded from withdrawal?

Digital products are excluded from withdrawal after download.

Yes. We work exclusively with authentic natural stones. Each stone is unique and may have slight variations in color and shape – that's precisely what makes it special.

Are the products energetically cleansed?

Our items are stored in an energetically cleansed environment. We regularly smudge our warehouse to maintain a clear, harmonious vibration. This ensures that each product reaches you with positive, luminous energy.

Where do your products come from?

We source our products from selected, trustworthy partners who work fairly and as sustainably as possible. Some of our crystals come from small family businesses.

Why does my stone look different from the photo?

Crystals are natural products. Each stone has its own structure, grain, and energy. That's what makes it unique.
