1. Arrive
Sit down or stand still. Let your shoulders drop. Feel the ground beneath you.
2. The Honest Breath
Breathe as your body wants to right now. Naturally. Unforced.
3. The Rhythm that Calms
Now gently enter the 4–4–6 rhythm:
4 seconds inhale · 4 seconds hold · 6 seconds exhale
The longer exhale tells your nervous system: “You are safe.”
4. The Small Pause
After each exhale, a moment of silence arises. Feel it. This moment is your reset.
5. Affirmation
“With every breath, I return to myself.”
6. Return
Move your fingers, open your eyes a little wider and perceive the world softly again.
